The Broil King® Rib Roaster stands ribs vertically on a stainless grate, saving space and enabling the ribs to roast perfectly rather than stew. Made of heavy cast iron with a durable, porcelain coating that’s easy to season and easy to clean. The Rib Roaster fits directly on cooking grids or Broil King’s Flav-R-Wave™ . Cooking tip: Smoke for 1 hour at 225°F / 107°C followed by 2 hours in the roaster at 300°F / 149°C. On a gas grill, roast the ribs at 415°F / 212°C for about 1 hour (or less).
